question- I have money that someone paid me in my PayPal- can I just leave it there for no fee

I have money in PayPal can I just leave it there and spend it to pay for things I purchase online etc? with no fee associated with it? the pay pal wants me to move it to debit or credit or something?

If you have funds in your balance then yes you can spend them if they are not pending / are in the correct currency.
You need to set your balance here...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
Advice is voluntary.
