hello, i reside in tbilisi, georgia and i have problem with withdrawal from paypal. my mastercard from tbc did not work so i went to the bank and they gave me a visa platinum card saying it will work. i tried now and it does not link with paypal. what do i do? what card do i get to withdraw from my paypal account? i need help please.
