paypal charged me when i connected it to gcash amex but i cancelled it

Paypal charged me 51.13 PHP when i added GCASH AMEX then another 101 PHP but then I removed the card. Will I be able to get the charge back?

Hi @april22111!

PayPal will make a small charge to your card to start the confirmation process. After the card is confirmed, the charge is immediately refunded back the card. If the card cannot be confirmed, the funds are generally refunded after 30 days.
