negative balance

So basically i ordered something that cost 129 euros and when they had to take money from my bank account i had insufficient funds. My bank account charged 5 euros for that, after 3 days or so Paypal tried to pay the item again (this time i had sufficient funds so the payment went through) so it was the 129 euros + the 5 euros. But somehow my paypal balance is -140,94 Euros. Why is it like this and how can i fix it?

My gf (the sender) sent me money for my birthday,Uber Eats and for my little sister.
It was a large amount, bigger then any amount I’ve ever had, I told her this but she said it was fine so I listened, she sent me the money and it went through and I sent all the money to my bank which they allowed as well
A few weeks after, I was on my phone and I have a negative balance for all the money she’s ever sent me (nearly £400) and I filled out a resolution centre thing for all of the money.
Looking back at them, it might have been a refund request but she won’t do that.
I’ve sent proof and stuff like that
What should I do? I’m panicking?
I also searched online and apparently this harm my future with credit cards even tho it’s connected to my debit card
Please help, she just wanted to get me a few things for my birthday.
