i have recived a payment of 175$ form a guy and they charged me 9.44$ delivery then the guy refunded and i have left with negitive 9.44? in my payment set part it don't show i have paid that guy back and just shows that i have received 165.3 something i dont have money in my bank account not in my paypal account what should i do??
