when i was linking my my paysera debit card to my paypal i got that massage "you debit card was declined" i don't know why, my card work perfectly with purchase and reciving money. please help i didn't find any support agent to answer my question & resolve this issue.
Click “Link a card” and enter the requested information. Make sure that you have at least 2 EUR on your Paysera account. It's required to link the card and will be returned later when the linking procedure is completed.
