money waiting

Paypal says I have money waiting for me. When I click accept money and go move it into my bank account (without the fee.. in a day or two) suddenly I have $100 less than what they initially told me I have waiting. Why? Can I avoid this?

You pay a fee if you are selling goods/services, the fee is deducted before the funds are transferred to your withdrawal source or paypal balance.
