linking cards and account general

I removed my card yesterday and attempted to add it back today but it declines it, I removed it because everytime I tried buying something it would use my card instead of balance, please help, it wont allow me to add it back

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
