someone sent me money, and i normally press normal transfer, this time I decided to choose instant, it's been 7 days and I've spent HOURS on hold with paypal, who keep telling me its my bank, I finally called me bank and they tell me there is no pending paypal from payment and they cannot complete anything
i just spent another 3 hours on hold with paypal and I've given up, it either puts me on hold forever or it hangs up on me- I get an error when trying to create a message through the resolution center
