i just added my new credit card on my account and they charged 1 dollar on it which means it should be working with paypal the thing is i try to send money to someone but i keep getting message we couldnot complete the payment because been denied by card issuer so i called the bank and they told me there should be nothing wrong maybe paypal face issues with credit cards ... also the amount is only 30$ so its not big number. anyone faced that issue before ?
