insufficient balance

Paypal says I need to pay them 39,99 euro of insufficient balance but on my bank app its says I payed them 39,99 euro already. Anyone knows a solution for this?

If they have taken the funds from your bank account then allow 5-7 days for the payment to go as an echeque via ACH to clear to your paypal account and clear the neg balance.
