i can't confirm my prepaid dollar card after linking it. please help. i am from nepal.

i am from nepal. i linked my dollar prepaid card in paypal, but i am not able to confirm it. the message says "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." what is the solution?"

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
Also in Nepal you can only add a visa credit card to fund purchases (you don't have the option to receive paypal payments in Nepal unfortunately).
