I have went to FNB and tried to link my paypal account and it gave me this message (E-8066) you are unable to perform this function as There are certain Fica requirements Outstanding. Please contact <removed> paypal <removed> for assistance I have tried to call the number for paypal but the one number I called 3 times said the network busy and the other one said this number does not exist please help and assist me with this
