had a few questions. First, how do I check my paypal balance? Second, is it possible for me to move money from my paypal balance to my bank account?

Thanks for contacting PayPal community!
1- To check your PayPal balance, all you need to do is log into your account. You'll find your PayPal balance on the left side of your main account page on the website, or on the primary account screen in the mobile app.
2- Yes, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account.

If you haven't set up a balance account then when you accept your first payment it should ask you if you want a balance account OR auto withdraw to a linked and confirmed bank account.
