I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty updating information in your account. Are you referring to a card that was issued by PayPal, or a card from another financial service provider that is linked to your PayPal account? If the card is one that is linked to your account and issued by a bank, the expiration may have already automatically updated. If it has not, you should be able to update or remove the card. If you are trying to remove the card and cannot, you may be running into one of the issues listed here. If you're just looking to update the expiration and the option is not listed, it is most likely already updated automatically.
