crypto not sending out from paypal wallet urgent help

I'm trying to send LTC to external wallet by either using the QR code and also by copying the address, however, PayPal keeps trying to send it to a "contact" (although it's not a contact of mine) instead of using the crypto address. How do I get it to not do that and to only use address?

I tried clearing the cache on the app and nothing. 

on the computer is the same exact issue

it seems to be working fine with the other cryptos but it is telling me to wait 3 to 5 business days because i never used those coins before. 
Litecoin is the only coin having this issue.

whats going on?

is this a bug?
