hello. paypal wont accept my credit card and i dont know why. i tried hundred of times to link a credit card and it wont go through. It says adress needs to be same and my adress is correct, its on my ID and credit card. My friends want to send me money and i just cant link my credit card. It says i need to confirm my credit card so i tries and nothing happened it says its declined. can you help me please!! and i put my nickname on paypal for safety issues.
