Hello there I’m trying to verify my paypal account and i already linked bank account and payapl not verify my account yet so I’m trying to link a credit card and when i press link this message appears (Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.)

To verify in your country you need to add a credit visa card.
