adding Debit cards

I have tried linking my card,but it keeps saying my account has a problem. any ideas why??

I am sorry to know the issue while adding your card. It is possible that your might be limited. Sometimes, limitations may be placed on your PayPal account, which could restrict you from completing certain actions. Please check your resolution center, to see if you have received any notification regarding your account status. If not, try to add the card again after a couple of hours. If you still face the same issue, the best way to get more clarification and resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can check your account and assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking Help&Contact us at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options.

Hi @curter 

I completely understand your disappointment regarding your unable to add the card details. It seems like your account might be under limitation, due to which your unable to add the card on your account. If you find your account is limited you can resolve your account limitation and once resolved, you will be able to link your card details.
