dear, guys so i been experiencing this unfixable issue right there, and i own a prepaid card, so you see, it always says this message "Your card was declined by the card issuer. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.", well i actually remember i did constant buys, and after this alert game, that is more than a few months, so i still couldn't fix it because they said contact the issuer, which is WRONGLY incorrect, i am only 13 years old, also this is not related to bank at all, paypal is lying, its a paypal issue, a fraud mechanism that u cant do anything with it. if you find a solution, please tell me.
