Why i cant link Aircash card (Mastercard) to paypal ?

i just got new card https://aircash.eu/ but cant link my card to paypal

EDIT : now its say Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the card you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
