Why i cant buy crypto ?

Hello all. i want to buy crypto and hodl with paypal but i cant open buy crypto page . its showing me this message "Let's confirm some info before you buy" and im accepting and contuning but again showing me same message. Why its happen ? Please help me for about this problem.
