Hello, PayPal worked for me in the past, but 2 years ago it stopped working and at the time I didn't need it, so I left it. My issue is that I can't receive money. No one can send money to My PayPal balance. I have no idea why that is and would love it if someone could help me figure it out. I've read a question and the person forgot to state what country They were from so I will include that, I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
