Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues removing an old card from your account. I can understand how concerning this can be. Have you checked to see if it's a preferred funding source for a Billing Agreement or Pre-Approved Payment? If it is, you may need to remove it there first before it can be removed in your Wallet. If you don't see it as a preferred funding source, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
