Why I have a negative paypal balance with no reason?

Hello,

After November 2022, I have never used Paypal Balance, and until November 30th, my Paypal balance was 0 pounds.

However, after December, there is -10 pounds on my Paypal balance suddenly. Thus, I traced my transaction but all my transaction in December was paid from my Debit card of my Monzo Bank Account, not my Paypal balance. But why do I have 10 pounds debt? I think it is very non-sense.

I believe Paypal did pay two times by mistake. Of the 39.73 pounds I got refunded from William Hill, you took 10 from me for no reason. I know it may be taken by the system, but it is unfair taking. Hopefully, you can give 10 pounds back to me as soon as possible.

Or, please investigate why I had 10 pounds debt from you guys and kindly explain to me as soon as possible, but if you could not find the reason, you must give 10 pounds back to me because it would be a fraud act if you don't give it back at this moment.

I hope and believe Paypal is not that kind of company

Please solve this problem quickly.

+ I had and I'm having enough money in my bank account, so don't think my money was insufficient to pay at any time. I really did not owe their money. Also, my card and paypal account has never used by unknown someone. And lastly your live chat agent is not worrking, they don't reply it back to me. So please don't suggest me useless advice, but give me an explanation regarding this stuff after investigating this problem in detail or give 10 pounds me back as soon as possible by admitting that was your technical fault.
