When I try to sell Bitcoin, I get "Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction."

I tried to sell the Bitcoin in my balance and I get 1 of 2 possible errors: "Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction." or "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"

I have no control over the Bitcoin in my account.

I tried a few more times and then it told me to add another phone number, which I did, and then it worked.
