I've been trying to link my bank account to Paypal for months. At the time I didn't know they sent a couple o cents to confirm it's my account. So I refreshed and tried again thinking that I must have done something wrong. It's been telling me to 'try again later' for the last 6 or so months.

Can anyone help?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
