I'm trying to link my Visa Paysera card to my paypal account. and it's saying that my card has been rejected by the system.
Can anyone assits me with this ?

Has to be a visa credit card in your country.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
