Has anybody else had trouble verifying their bank account? I have spoken with Customer Services multiple times, they just keep telling me the bank has rejected the £1 transaction... they havent as the bank have said and can see them on my bank statement.
Have given up with Customer services as they only know one answer and if that doesnt work you cant move forward. Complaints just take you back to customer service and there is nobody else to speak to. Driving me to a nervous breakdown! Paypal have our money and we cant access it no matter what we do.
Anybody know anyone else i can contact, perhaps a UK helpline?
