Verified Problem

Hi i´m from Argentina and using a personal account, my problem is that I linked a card (prepaid) and bank account (savings) to my paypal so I can get verified, yet the platforms that require a verified paypal say that my account isn´t verified and I can´t seem to find a way to know if my account is verified, or if it´s an error of the platforms. Did I do something wrong?

Thank you for the reply, but the instructions don´t match with what I see in the settings menu it directs me, nor can I find it in the other settings in my account.
