Hello @TheDiddler1,
Congratulations on your first post in the PayPal Community!
I understand you're having difficulty sending Bitcoin, and I'm sorry to hear that. When completing any action on your PayPal account, I recommend always logging in from one consistent device with your location services turned on and avoiding using a VPN. Many times, when you encounter an error sending money or crypto or even making a purchase, it can be related to our Security System. Following the tips I listed can sometimes help.
Anytime you encounter an error, please reach out to Customer Support after only making one attempt. Repeated attempts can completely prevent you from sending money, but if you reach out to Customer Support after just one attempt, they might be able to help the transaction go through.
I hope this information helps and you can start sending Bitcoin more easily soon!
- Meghan
