I am trying to add a card, but I get the message "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.". I tried different browsers. No luck. Please help.

Since you mentioned you don't have another account the card could be linked to, it would be best to get in touch with our customer support team to review this further. Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Live Chat does not have a human Online FB & Twitter not responding despite sending several messages. Please help. I need to add my card, but it shows "card is used by another paypal account" which I don't understand
