Unable to link bank account

When I try to link a bank account, I get an error that states "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. "

When I check my Money's Banks and Cards section, no bank account is shown. How can I fix that?

Well it won't show if you have already added it your present or previous paypal accounts before and then removed it to try adding it again.
