This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account I added a US Federal account in Payoneer, but when I added the routing number and the account number, this panel appeared.
Paypal does not support Payoneer (or other virtual banks), you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
