US bank account connection to paypal and it keep on saying "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"

Hi guys! I'm currently having a trouble on adding my US bank account in paypal. It keep on saying "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". I already message the paypal here but still no answers. I'm from Philippines I can't contact them in their US tel number.

I do understand your frustration with this. It sounds like you are experiencing issues with our internal secuirty system when trying to add your bank account. 

 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
