Trying to relink debit card but it says it's connected to a different account, which is false!

I unlinked my debit card and trying to relink it, but it says its connected to different account which is not true!

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
