Transfer funds

I tried to link my bank account to my PayPal and it keep saying "sorry, we're unable to link that bank because it is disable. Please try another bank. 

What does that mean, I need help please.

OK then have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

If so then paypal cut the link and disable bank accounts to stop the risk of it happening again and forcing you to use the safer option of a card.

You could phone customer service and ask if they will re-add it for you?
