This card is linked to another account

I had an old Private PayPal account and I had linked my debit card to it.. Today I decided to close that PayPal account and swith to a new business account by using the same email.But now I can't link my debit card to my account because it gives me an error that "This card is linked to another account".Can somebody help me to fix this please?

If you didn't remove it first before closing the account then only customer services can remove it hopefully for you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
