This card can't be used for this transaction

I have new another credit card(my new payment method )
as I input the new card code which I received from my Bank and accepted but
also I couldn’t make online payment and the message said that : This card can't be used for this transaction. I need help to fix this problem . so I need help to fix this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently with your account. Sometimes, our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, I would recommend you try using a different payment method.

Thank you for your reply but this is the second payment method because the 1st one blocked and the reason of that I entered an incorrect PP code three times'

So how can I reactive my 1st credit card please?
