hello when linking my us bank account to paypal it shows me a caution that says " This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account. "
Well the original poster is in Algeria which is why I gave that answer as they can't add local bank accounts in that country only a U.S one that is not digital.
As you have not added your country to your forum information then can't answer your question, best contact customer services.
