I'm trying to link my mpesa to my paypal, but I'm getting 'This M-PESA account has already been registered to the service.'. Is there anyway for them to unlink my mpesa?
I tried the thunes contact, but they don't seem to reply.

Yes, it is possible to unlink a PayPal account from an MPesa account. This must be completed by Thunes only. You can submit a message to their Customer Support team here - https://www.thunes.com/contact/, and they will respond to you.
