The "Link a Bank" button doesn't exist

I am trying to link my account to Payoneer account, and in the Wallet page, the "Link a Button" doesn't exist in my page

And When I press the "Link a card or bank" I see the page bellow which is not the right page for link a bank

Try deleting cache and cookies from the browser and/or try a different browser. Try the PayPal app if available in your country.
