TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

Anyone here experienced "technical difficulties" error in PayPal? I've been trying to process my "on hold" payment but it's almost 3 days the error was not fix.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble releasing your payment from a hold. I recommend contacting Customer Support for assistance. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
