Stupid verification problem

When trying to very my card (I tried like 3 cards) it all failed and said "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." And I cant confirm my bank since it's on the "Checking" Status for nearly a week, then I remove and readd the bank. What do I do?

What do you mean its on checking status???
Is it a checking account or a savings account???
