I want to link bank to my wallet. But after I set my account number I see this message: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you. Before this I added new phone number to my settings and remove old one, because it was disabled. Whan should I do?

I understand you're having difficulty confirming your information so you can add a new bank account, and I'm sorry to hear that. When updating information on your account, our Security System may want to complete a security check using your phone number. If you just added a new phone number, it may not yet be eligible to run the security check. Please allow 48 hours before trying again. If you're still unable to link the bank, I suggest checking out some of these troubleshooting steps prior to reaching out to Customer Support.
I hope you can add the bank soon!
