If you keep adding / removing bank accounts then they are going to run out of the amount of times you can add them to any paypal account, that seems to have happened on your account?

This is a problem. I was married last year, and our account is what is saying this now. My husband had it on an old business paypal he no longer uses, but has since taken it off. And it is on his personal paypal. I have paypal credit, To pay this we need this account. This is what his pay, etc runs through. We need it to work on this second active account.
