Removed debit card to a new PayPal account

Hi. I added a debit card with wrong billing address, then I removed it. Now I try to add the same card to a different PayPal account and it says that it's already used. Please help.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues adding your card. I know this must be concerning. It sounds like your card may not have been successfully removed from your other account. It may need to be re-enabled before adding it to another account.
