I had an account with my bank already link with the account sadly I already forgot that account. I already tried many emails I had but did not find which account had link with my bank account . So when I want to link my bank account with currently paypal account that I had, it can't because of that.So have any solution to this problem?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
