Hi, I'm from India.
My most recent transaction (buyer paid in a different currency) is showing my Paypal balance in USD. I've used paypal for over a year now and for every transaction in any currency, my balance would show the amount in INR (and also in USD in a column below). As manual payouts isn't allowed, it would show that balance until the automatic payout occurs.
This time my balance stays in USD and the money isn't on hold either. The automatic payout didn't take place either as it happens at a certain time every day.
Is there any issue here or is the transaction just delayed?
