Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some difficulty adding PayPal to your Google wallet. You should be able to add your PayPal account to Google Pay to pay for your mobile purchases in-store or online as long as your account is eligible to do so. Normally, you'll want to make sure you have a confirmed debit or credit card in your PayPal wallet before trying to add your PayPal to Google's wallet.
